Payment and delivery of OTP orders
Buy FMCG products without complicated shipping arrangements. On the Obsolete Trading Platform, you can pay for your order by fast transfer, card, BLIK, or take advantage of a free 30-day payment deferral. Orders are delivered on pallets, directly from manufacturer warehouses, free of charge within Poland.
OTP payments
Payments on the Obsolete Trading Platform are handled securely, using the well-known payment provider Przelewy24.
The available payment methods include: instant wire transfer, credit/debit card, and BLIK.
Additionally, for Polish customers, we provide free of charge 30-day deferred payment period in cooperation with Spingo. The deferred payment option is available through the Przelewy24 payment gateway, and we cover the costs. You simply order now and pay in 30 days.
Free pallet delivery within Poland
We deliver orders from customers in Poland free of charge. You don't have to arrange a carrier yourself or add the standard cost of pallet shipping to your order.

Products are collected directly from the manufacturer's warehouse and delivered to the address provided when placing the order. Deliveries are made on pallets in collaboration with our logistics partner, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics .

Free shipping makes it easier to calculate the actual cost of purchasing products and the expected sales margin. This is especially important when purchasing end-of-line items, surplus stock, and products with a shorter shelf life.
What should be prepared before delivery?
Before placing your order, please make sure that:

the delivery address is correct and complete,

It is possible to collect a pallet delivery at the indicated address,

you provided the current telephone number of the person responsible for collection,

there will be a person available at the delivery location to accept the goods,

you have a prepared place for safe unloading and storage of products.
If delivery is to be made to a location other than the company's registered address, please provide the correct address when placing your order.

We serve domestic customers regardless of size and foreign customers. We provide deliveries within Poland, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Spain, in cooperation with our logistics partner Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

How does order processing work?
1. You register a company
OTP sells exclusively on a B2B basis. To view available products and prices, create a business account on the platform.
2. You choose the manufacturer and products
After logging in, you can browse current offers from FMCG manufacturers. The product list and prices are regularly updated.
The minimum purchase quantity is one carton of the product. The minimum order value is PLN 1,700 net from a single manufacturer.
3. You provide the delivery address
When placing your order, you select the location where you want your products delivered.
4. You choose the payment method
You can pay by quick transfer, card, or BLIK. If the appropriate option is available during checkout, you can also choose a 30-day payment deferral with Spingo.
5. OTP submits the order for execution
Orders are processed once a week, directly from the manufacturers' warehouses.
6. You receive your pallet delivery
The goods are delivered to the specified address. For domestic orders, OTP covers the shipping costs.
